3. Booking and Appointments

Appointment Scheduling

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our online system
• Payment is required to confirm your appointment
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
• Late arrivals may result in shortened session time

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations to receive full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due at the time of booking or service delivery
• We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Training program fees are non-refundable after the program begins
